Online Qi Gong Courses

Online Qi Gong Courses for Strength, Stability & Inner Regulation

These online Qi Gong courses are designed to help you build a strong, integrated body while calming the nervous system and developing deeper internal awareness. Rooted in traditional Qi Gong and Nei Gong principles, the practices emphasise posture, alignment, breath, and mindful attention—working from the outside in and the inside out. The focus is not on performance or choreography, but on cultivating stability, resilience, and ease that carries into daily life.

Each course is structured progressively, allowing you to work at your own pace while steadily deepening your practice. You’ll be guided through clear, practical exercises that release unnecessary tension, improve structural integrity, and reconnect you with a felt sense of balance and grounding. These methods are suitable for beginners, while still offering depth for more experienced practitioners who want to refine fundamentals rather than chase complexity.

Whether your interest is health, recovery from stress, improving embodiment, or supporting other disciplines such as therapy, meditation, or internal martial arts, these courses provide a reliable and sustainable foundation. The aim is simple but profound: to help you feel more at home in your body, more regulated in your nervous system, and better resourced for the demands of modern life.

Standing Qigong - developing structure, strength & stability

Course Description

This 10-part course offers a progressive exploration of Zhang Zhuang or Standing Qi Gong. Each session builds on the last—refining alignment, releasing unnecessary tension, and developing a clearer internal connection throughout the body.

You’ll learn how to build a strong, well-integrated structure, uniting posture, breath, and awareness into a single practice. As the body opens and the nervous system settles, strength and stillness develop side by side.

The course begins with foundational standing principles—core alignments, balancing upward and downward forces in the body and relaxation without collapse—then progresses into more intermediate practices including spiralling, lengthening, and releasing deeper holding patterns, alongside the introduction of additional standing postures.
