This course shows you how to rebuild your body from the ground up—reducing tension, improving alignment, and developing a relaxed form of strength without strain.


It’s not about forcing but learning to work within the body's current limits and capabilities. As we learn to do this, the body to begin relax, open, organise, and support itself more effectively

What this course will help you develop

Through this course, you will learn how to create:
